Workouts
Our club offers opportunities to train with other team members in a
variety of settings to help improve your specific skills and overall
fitness levels. Our group training coordinator, Keith Wobeser, will
post monthly training sessions that will be sponsored and led by our
own club members. Please check the website for specific times, dates
and locations. These workouts are available to everyone on the club,
all are encouraged to participate in both the specific workout and the
social aspect afterwards. Stay tuned for more details on these events.
In addition, here are some local training sessions throughout the week
that you may want to consider.
Swimming
There are a variety of masters swimming programs in Philadelphia and the
surrounding area. These programs include Upper Main Line YMCA, Germantown Academy and the
Philadelphia Aquatics center.

Running
Wednesday ---Bryn Mawr Run at 6pm from the store...5-8-10 mile
loops leaving from the store.

Cycling
Tuesday----30 mile ride leaving from the Wayne Bike Line at 5:30 pm
sharp.
For those avid cyclists, please feel free to ride with
our Road Team. Road rides can be found by visiting
www.guysracing.org.
This is an excellent tool to building road riding fitness in a challenging setting.
